Ok so i installed the 2" leveling coils yesterday. the problem I am now face'n is that the tires are like this \ / (picture at the bottom). Went to get an alignment and they said that its like 5* so they cant really do anything untill i get some kind of brackett to drop the axel back down a little bit to level it out. The problem is that I do not have these brackets. I was wondering if anybody had some that they want to get rid of or could take a picture of theirs so I can see what they look like and if i could get some dimensions on it then i can fab them up. I really need to fix this problem as this truck is my DD. please help me out guys!!! Besides the tires that are messed up the truck sits great

Not something the average person is just going to 'fab up'. Like MAKG said... you need to buy a lift kit to fix the problem. The brackets you are looking to build are exactly what's included in a lift kit. The shaping of the bracket, as well as the importance that they be built correctly, is critical and hard to duplicate. Not something you would want to risk getting bent or breaking (at least I wouldn't anyway...).

Rough Country sells some really cheap lift kits for RBV's, and for as much crap as people talk about them, I didn't have a single issue installing mine. It's just as good as any Skyjacker or Superlift kit I've been around, and rides/flexes just the same. No better, no worse really. Putting the two kits side by side, you'd have a tough time telling them apart if the paint/markings were the same.

these are the brackets im talking about axle pivot brackets. im going to an a different alignment shop to see if they can do it tomorrow. im pretty sure it just needs a camber to adjust for alignment. but if they say no i will prolly just pick up these brackets.

The next thing you will find out is that your caster is RIDICULOUS and you need radius arm drop brackets as well.

I'll repeat it. You need to return your levelling coils and buy a lift kit. You will end up buying all the parts anyway. And levelling coils can knock your teeth out. How did the FREE length compare to stock? They are often similar, which means the height is made up by stiffening them. Not good for travel....

The route you are going is only digging you in deeper. The kind of caster you will have will make this thing drive like a supertanker.
