i have an 1988 b2 with 90 motor and its running rich Once warm the engine idles ruff. Under 2/3thirds to full throttle engine runs properly. Once you back off of throttle to cruise it starts blowing black smoke and missing.
I think I have replaced every sensor on the vehicle,the O2 sensor, map sensor, EGR valve and sensor,TPS sensor, fuel pump,fuel filter. about to explode cant figure it out.

Have you checked to see what the fuel pressure is?

Maybe the FPR is having a heart attack.

Fuel filter?

Fuel filter wouldn't cause that. I'm inclined to lean towards the FPR as well. Time for a pressure test.
