will these fit on my 2002 ford ranger 4.0 4x4 with 3 in body lift 8.8 4.10 rear end will i have problems or what

hehehehe, that helps.

That tire is almost the size of a 33x12.50. You should be fine as long as you don't go extreme on the rim offset (it will not fit on your stock rims, you will need wider rims).
