When I reach 140km my truck knocks and like knocks a few times then goes down to about 130km. Why?
 
sounds like your hitting the speed limiter...although 140KPH is a little low. are you sure on the speeds?

is the CEL on?
 
Have you ever changed your fuel filter? It would do it at high RPM in any gear if it were fuel starvation though.
