Help!

my buddy has a 2008 ford escape and i installed his system to the stock head unit and now the radio wont turn on at all u can hit the power button 100times and nothing i went thru the manual and didnt see anything on how to reset or put in a acativation code.

does anyone know how to fix this?

Does it have power at all? Might have blown a fuse. Most units have 2 fuses, one for memory and one to actually run the radio. Did you mess with the wiring at all, or what exactly did you do to install this system?
