My 93 turns over and over and over but never fires. I think is a problem with the computer because the fuel pump doesn't initiate the instrument cluster doesn't turn on and none of the indicator lights (abs, etc) come on like normal. Any ideas?

The EEC(PCM) relay is in the power box in engine compartment, it should Click when key is turned on, this relay powers computer(EEC), fuel injectors, coil, and Fuel pump relay.
WOT(wide open throttle) relay should be near it, as is the fuel pump relay
WOT relay is used for A/C and is the same kind of relay used for EEC(PCM) and fuel pump, so you can remove WOT relay and use it in place of EEC(PCM) or FP relay for testing.

Also check the fuses in this power box, it reads like the ignition switch is getting some power since starter motor is working, but there are a couple of fuses that are for EEC(PCM) power and dash power.
