Yes. By changing the tailshaft and tailshaft housing. The tailshaft swap will require a considerable amout of work as it is one of the first components installed when a transmission is built.
If you have no mechanical knowledge or concepts of a tranmission then no it will not be easy if you do it. You don't need a special kit if you know what to look for. If you are after keeping an RBV t-case then you need to shop around for a C5 tail shaft and housing, they are getting kinda hard to find. If you want to use a fullsize t-case then any fullsize 4x4 tailshaft and housing will work. If you want to use a Dana 20 t-case then you need an early bronco specific tailshaft, housing and spud shaft; those are tending to be hard to find and expensive. Or if you don't want to convert the transmission use a divorced t-case, the Dana 21 or an older NP205 is also divorced.
