Help!

I have a 97 ranger xlt ex cab 2wd,
I thought I fried my gem module so I have tried 4 others with the exact part number from the local pull a part and still having the same problems.
I have no wipers,turn signals, power to radio, cigar lighter, or door chime when key is put in the ignition.
I have placed the multifunction switch, and the ignition cylinder with new ones.
All of my fuses are good, all grounds are clean and tight.
Along with the other problems, when I put the key in the ignition or start the truck, the glove box lights flashes and the battery saver relay clicks rapidly with the glove box light. I have replaced both battery saver relays as well. So.......what do I do next? Does a gem for a 97 need to be programmed?

Next, you buy a cheap electrical tester and start troubleshooting. You can get one at Harbor Freight for $10 or so. Throwing more money at the problem probably won't fix it, until you know what the problem is.
