So i have a 99 ranger and every once in a while when I'm turnin my truck makes a weird clickin noise. Anybody know what that could be?

No idea unless you have a .....
Seriously, what engine, 2WD or 4WD, happens when coasting or under power, whatever you could help us with will help you get an accurate approximation of the problem. You then have to confirm or give more info for us to work with.
