help with not starting onced warmed up.

So I traded for a 96, and have been fighting it ever since.
I can go out start it starts runs good, drive it about 20 mile or so, than no start. I have pulled codes p0174 p1131 p0340. Not sure if the maf or 02 sensors are causing this, Have cleaned the maf no change. 02 sensors are fairly new. Also I may add my fuel pressure is on the low side, 20-25 max idle and 15 turning key on.
Truck was doing the same thing when I first got it, put new pump, down stream o2 sensor, convertors and few other things and had it running fine, not throwing the codes, and then it starts doing it again all at once?

If you're sure the gauge is right, I'd look into that fuel pressure a little more. Sounds like the pump may be dying. (Or just a BAD filter)

IDK if '96 still had a separate ICM or not, but if it does then maybe that's heating up just like the old TFI did?
