My brother in law has a '15 CX5 and the passenger headlight doesn't work, he bought a housing new on ebay but it was a halogen housing, turns out his car has HID's which are significantly more complicated... got the housing off and figured out how to look at the bulb which was broken (the wire that goes around was broken off at the tip), changed that and now it still doesn't work... most of the troubleshooting steps are $$ or a pain in the rear taking parts off the other headlight and trying it on this side... no junkyards around here with the parts that I see and I don't remember where you guys keep going for the salvaged used stuff (I know it's simple, just don't remember where lol). There is some moisture in the housing, found the crack and tried to seal it up for now but a new housing would be better... if I find a good fix electronically I could have him come to my shop and we could do more things to seal it better.
There's a big circuit on the outside of the thing and another inside the housing, honestly I haven't yet looked to see if there's a fuse per side yet... meant to last time but forgot.
