After I had the ford dealer replace both front left and front right tie rods, I've noticed that as I brake to a stop, about 1/2 a second before I stop completely I hear a creak from the front end.

Most people would probably just turn up the radio but this creak is kinda driving me crazy.

Any suggestions? At the time I had all four brakes replaced, as well as a seized caliper, and of course the tie rods.

It's probably a dry bushing somewhere, but could also be a worn shock or something. Finding it won't be easy if the conditions you described are the only time it happens.

Best way to find the squeak/creak, is to get a can of white lithium grease and spray liberally a bushing and go for a ride. If it goes away, you found it. The sound will come back after a few stops. So it’s not a perm fix. Another thing is to see if you have any grease fittings, and fill them up if you do till fresh grease comes out of the ball joints or what ever your greasing.

Be nice for some vehicle info as well.
