my truck has developed a clunking which seems to be right under my feet while driving, bad ujoint maybe? balljoint? it seems to be fairly constant

Put it in neutral set the parking break get under there and start wigglin. u-joints, carrier bering, tranny/transfer mounts. It will show its face.

I've seen quite a few with loose upper control arm bolts. Check 'em out. Loose body to frame bolts can make a lot of noise too. Your vehicle description says you have a body lift, so I'd recheck those too.
