Help with an OBDII code anyone?

Any suggestions on what exactly this code means? I clear the code and it eventually comes back of course. Was told it might be either a vacuum leak or a problem with the MAF Sensor. Wasn't able to find a leak and cleaned the sensor with some CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner but it eventually came back. No drivability problems, truck runs perfect, just annoyed with the check engine light.

Pretty common to find the 3.0's PCV elbow deteriorated, creating a vacuum leak.

Why it isn't flagging both banks could be a lazy O2 sensor on that bank 1, upstream.

It is probably either a PCV elbow, intake gasket, or lazy O2, sensor as you have already been told. But the MAF can likely be ruled out since it should affect both banks. If the PCV is on the passenger side of the engine, rule it out too.

Spray some brake or carb cleaner around the passenger side of the intake manifold and see what happens. If it revs up or tries to die, you need new gaskets.

Maybe fuel filter? When mine was ready to be changed, it started to throw this code. Again when my air filter got dirty. Just simple ideas to add.
