Help with a 3.0....Starting issues.

So on my 97 it will not start unless I use starting fluid. After it warms up it will start with out it sometimes than sometimes it won't. Does any body have a clue about what is causeing this?

Check your fuel pressure at the rail. Could also be a temp sensor sending the wrong info to the computer

Check fuel pressure if it's low start at the pump and work your way back. Can you hear the pump going from key off to on? If so when did you last change out the fuel filter? If not check the fuses/relays.

sounds like too much air man, check MAF and MAP Sensors, scan for codes.
You may have DTC's in PCM that are showing faults yet hasn't tripped the CEL yet.
