I have a 90 Ranger that has leak coming from the upper left corner of the windshield. I removed the headliner, and trim around the outside of the windshield, bought some flowing silicone and sealed around the windshield from the corner to 1ft back. This does not seemed to have helped at all, I can not figure out were the water can be coming in from, when you sit in the drivers seat all you see it trickles of water entering from the upper left corner.

There is a body seem that goes along the drip rail to the corner of the windshield, it's not rusted and the seem appears to be good.

I don't have a clue. Got any ideas? :dunno:

take it to a pro and pay a little money to have it professionally fixed they will probably come to you.

I would, but every glass company I called did not want to remove and reseal the windshield. The companies I called said it would be best to apply flowing silicone and see that helped.

The seams around the drip rail are cracked, I have a friend that said he would remove, reseal, and paint the area for $100. :headbang:

Thanks

I had almost the same leak. Mine came from the water drainage below the windshield. I had to take the dash completely out to even find it. It was 3 inches below where the windshield met the window frame on the passenger side corner.

A real hard spot to get to. I used a paint brush and lots of silicone for lack of a better idea due to its location.
