help reading axle tag

it reads exactly like this:

45 75 3H06

I cant figure out what it means other than 7.5"

well i did get that too but i wanted to know the gearing ect.

3 45 75 3H06

it means you have a 7.5" open rear end with 3.45 gearing. another important piece of info youll want to know about the axle are what size brakes you have ( 9" or 10") so that when you go to get brakes youll beable to answer the parts guys questions.
