Help - Ranger Trailler Hitch.

Please, someone can tell me if I can install this type of Explorer hitch, in a 1999 Ranger? I'm not sure about the holes.

Hidden hitch uses different part numbers for the Explorer and Ranger - not too expensive to just buy a new Hidden Hitch though. The picture doesn't really show what it is - it's a tube not a square. I got this one for my Ranger before I sold it. Didn't come with the mounting bolts, nuts and washers, figure on another $15-$20 at the hardware store to buy those.
