hey i have a question my auto teacher wants a 2wd explorer and i want a 4wd ranger but right now i have a 2wd ranger and he has the 4wd ranger so we were wondering if it would work if we just swaped axles with radius arms and not the axle pivot brackets because i have a 4" rc lift for 2wd installed and he has stock 4wd bracket installed and he doesnt want the lift, so could we just switch axles with out axle pivot brackets? thanks in advance

nope... you will need to swap out a whole lot more... including pulling the engine to get the crossmember out. This has been covered multiple times.

Also the 2wd and 4x4 suspension is different. so you couldn't swap the lift either.
