Help please

I have a 1986 ranger 2.3 injected, and i seem to be having a fuel related issue but am lost. I have replaced both fuel pumps, the inertia switch, fuel pump relay and the filter. It was running ok, but now it starts for about 20 sec then sputters and dies like it isn't getting fuel. I'm lost as where to go next, any suggestions?

go HERE, follow the diagram for the volt meter method of pulling the codes, you don't need the volt meter just sit in the drivers seat with a pen and paper and count the flashes and go back to the page and see what the codes tell you.

That would be the first step I would take.
