Help! No spark

I'm stuck. I have a 1995 ranger 2.3l 5 spd. I have changed the crank pos sensor, cam pos sensor, spark plugs and wires, had the coils tested and they passed. The engine is getting fuel just no spark. When you turn the key it is turning over like it should, just no spark. And before you say it's the icm, this truck doesn't have one on the intake like every parts store says it does. I need to get this thing running ASAP so I can sell it to this guy so I can pay my rent. Please help!! Thanks!

Have you followed the wiring back from the two coils? Once you do that, you should find an ignition module of some kind, directing the spark from alternator through the main harness.
