runs for 30 mins drives then starts sputtering and then shuts off i let it sit for 5 mins it firs up drives then dies after another 30 mins.. its like when it gets hot it dies ive put new plugs wires fuel pump fuel filter fuel pressure pump new distributor and it still does the same thing.. any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Loosen the gas cap and see if that helps.
Could be negative pressure in the tank is preventing the fuel pump from pulling more fuel from the tank, if you have a Vented Gas cap it may be bad.

Not sure if the '86 had a vapor recovery system? an EVAP system
If so then the solenoid may be stuck open, this causes engine vacuum to pull air from the fuel tank all the time, so negative pressure.

The TFI coil and module can both be effected by heat, this is a good test sheet
