Can I use clutch and flywheel off my 3.0 on 4.0 what all do I have to change to do the swap. Its a 1998

yeah, pretty much any engine size change in the ranger, you will need to change the transmission as well. (with the exception of the 2.9 to 4.0, they will interchange transmissions)
