I live in Kingman. There are several Rangers for sale in an the area between Las Vegas and Phoenix so Craigslist has a lot to compare yours with. Just price it competitively and post a bucket load of pics after giving the truck a good detail. Fix any problems. Be sure to list the extra work you have done to it and all the truck's great maintenance you have lavished on it.
I was able to sell a set of white letter tires on Mohave County Craigslist within 24 hours. I cleaned them up nice, took good pics and underpriced them. I had 4 people fighting over them today.
