I have a few numbers from a camshaft i pulled from a 302 to replace with a bigger cam. Today i realized the block was bored 60 over so now im wondering if the cam may have already been upgraded. The numbers are 57 hd ms6

Don't think those numbers will help at all. Those are the casting blank numbers, hundred of cam profiles could be ground from it. Aftermarket sometimes has ID numbers etched into the back of a cam journal. Might have to mic the lobes overall and subtract the base radius.

If you have a lathe you can hold it between. Centers and put a 0-1 dial indicator on it and check it that way
