HELP! Front end lock up 98 B3000 HELP!

My front end is locked up on my 98 Mazda 4wd, I put it in 4 low to make it up my driveway last night and the front end started making noises on turns in reverse, it did not want to go backwards(would keep stalling) and when I got it moving the front end would whip around. Any ideas on possible causes, solutions?? Any help is appreciated.

Brakes or hub bearings. Jack the front up and see if it's just one tire or both. Disengage the 4wd first though.
