Raw fuel coming out of exhaust near doughnut gasket and i have a dead miss. This happened while I was driving. Could this be a broke rocker arm? Any ideas? Truck still runs but fuel coming out of exhaust.

I'd check the FPR (fuel pressure regulator)

Quick and easy way is to pull the little vacuum line off the FPR, and if fuel dribbles out of the line...its done, just replace it

if you're getting fuel out the exhaust ,odds are good that it might be washing down the cylinder walls too, watch the oil level. If you gaining, you KNOW it is.

change oil &filter and do a compression check.
