Noob alert, I not really to much of a forum goer.
Here's the deal, I have an '02 3.0 V-6 truck. It's 2wd so I know it'll never be a beast off-road, but I want to work with what I have, as I've put a lot of work in the sound system and it was a gift from my grandfather.
Mechanically it's all stock. Could I realistically get away with throwing a lift on it and fit some 33" mud terrains? If so, how much and what do yall think it'd cost? I'm thinking a posi-lock (spelling?) might be in order to give it a better chance in the mud.
What would I need to do to make this work? New gears? Axle swap? Wanting to get a winch too, luckily a few of my buddies have decent 4wd's to help me out. Any idea's on cost or how decent it could actually be off road? Thanks
