Help. cam timing out of wack

Well me and my dad were replacing the cam seal now the cam and crank arnt lined up so I went and got it at TDC and have the cam on cylinder #1 relaxed what else do I need to do to get this thing to turn over because it wont just as it sits now. Please help

cam pulley, crank pulley and the aux pulley need to be lined up, the aux pulley drives the distributor on a '84 so the timing is probably all out of wack on the engine right now...
