Ok here it is short and sweet my truck will not start when its warm out
In the mornings when it is cold it will start I will run it a while drive it and turn it off and it will not start back up and will not start for anything has done this three times. I am getting spark so I am thinking no fuel because I push on the fuel relief valve and no fuel.. But I really am confused because it starts when it is cold out... Helpppppppppppppppp

possible fuel pump relay (just change its cheap and can't hurt)
check fuel pressure when you are having the issue and again when it is running fine (possible fuel pump if pressure is low)

Fuel pump is an electric motor and like any electrical part they work better when cool, so it could just be time to change it.

You have spark because...............................??
I would get a can of Quick Start(ether) and spary some into the intake next time you have a no start.
If engine fires up then dies, you do have spark but no fuel from tank
If it doesn't start then you have no spark.

Have you checked fuel rails schrader valve(looks like tires air valve) when it has pressure?

No "relief valve" only fuel pressure regulator, but no way to test for fuel there
