help! 94 camaro ignition switch

i have a 94 chevy camaro with the pass key 2 ignition system i had the switch replaced and still from time to time the security light will come on and i have 2 wait a couple of minutes for it to go out to start it sometimes it will go out and will start some times i have to repeat the process several times .what can i do is there a way to bypass this system ? would spraying electrical parts cleaner in the switch help ? i dont know myself please help !

I own a 1994 Camaro and used to own a 1996. I can say without a doubt it only gets worse from here on out. My 1996 had this problem bad especially during the hot summer months leaving me stranded. My 1994 does not have this problem, yet. So when it does I am getting one of these from this place.

Take your car to a dealer and finder out what number(1 though 15) your key chip is and order the correct one. I wish I found out about this sooner.

Well if you don't give a sh*t about the security system, I just recently saw a video on youtube about bypassing GM's VAT system. It seems relatively easy. Here is the link.
