i took over working on a 94 ford ranger 5 speed, runs rough. i am confused that when i unplug the plug on the alt. it runs alot better, but as soon as i plug it back in it spits sputters and dies.. i was told that the timing belt, alt, spark plugs, and wires also the crank sensor have been relplaced. i am getting codes for egr and pip. i have cleaned electrical connections and checked for vacuum leaks.
