I recently put a new clutch in my manual 1991 Ranger xlt 2.9l. After bleeding the clutch, it won’t shift into ANY gear, while running. The Clutch is super soft, but I can see it engaging. It’s full on fluid. Please help this has ruined my day haha.

Either the slave cylinder isn't travelling enough (or at all). (Maybe air) Or something wasn't assembled correctly. Can you get someone to push the pedal while you look thru the cover on the bellhousing? Even better if you can video a few strokes for people here to see it.

Did you pull the shifter? Was it in neutral when you pulled it? If not you may have to pull the shifter again and using a long screwdriver, push or pull all the shift mechanisms so they are mirror image side to side and top to bottom.
