That color is remarkably similar to what I painted my 1st truck. Only difference visibly was it was 4x4 with the bigger mirrors.

Thats a good age for a kid to get into truck building, both my sons got into it around that age also. The good thing is that they know more than I do now, which is the point of it anyway. Welcome to the club, to you and your grandson.

Well, mostly my grandson is going to do a lotta learnin...but I think 302 c4 /explorer 8.8, probably mustang wheels...roll pans etc.nothing too crazy...it is his first vehicle.

Hmmm, when I was a kid I got a 3-wheel drive c-10. It was 4wd 18 years before I got it, but a hub was busted. Bought it for $135, put about $150 in it over 15months, & sold it for $75. Best deal I ever made!!Sponsored Ad
