Hello, just bought a 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4 regular cab step side from a friend.Its been used around a farm last couple years.We have many miles of forest roads here in s.e. Tennessee so I hope to use it.Got it for a fair price I think ?It has its problems I need to fix like screaming serpentine belt and pulleys which I ordered from rock auto.Next is clutch which i.m looking at on ebay, trying to figure out which one to order. The front hubs wont lock, vaccum lines were rotted off which I replaced (hope I routed correctly), lights come on and shifts into low but not engauge.It recently had that part in the transfer case installed (can't think of what you call it)..So I have many question to ask.

Welcome , change those front hubs over to Warn hubs ,the vacuum hubs won't hold up. Ask away on advise because there's some really knowledgeable people here to get you through most of your problems , also check out the forums at the top of the home page for lots of answers.
