I have a 1984 Ford Ranger 4X4. It has a V6 with a C5 automatic transmission. I bought a C4 Bellhousing with hopes of putting a 289 V8 in place of the V6. Does anyone have some experience doing this. Not sur if this Bellhousing is going to work # RFC 50P-7976-A, and do I need a different Torque Converter or do I use the C5 one?
