just bought my first ranger, a 1985 which I picked up for $550 via craigslist. the ranger is a 2.8 manual 4x4 it came with after market tin sheet and sheet metal screwed in floor pans lol. hoping to swap to a 2.3 because I hate the 2.8 carb set up. right now im doing my research before I post the ever popular (I am new and how do I swap this engine post).... this seems like the best ranger forum and I look forward to sharing and exchanging automotive knowledge..
