Good manners to say hello, this forum looks great and its already helped me understand alot about Mazda engines and what I need to progress with my Ranger
I have recently bought a 2003 Ford Ranger (UK spec) Mazda B2500, rebuilt all the front suspension, brakes and hubs so far and now planning to ditch the WL-T engine and I'm on the hunt for a removable bell housing from a B2000 or B2200 (or other "F" engine vehicles with the right trans) I believe "R" engine vehicles with the same trans works aswel... still abit rusty on exactly what the transmission code is though lol, still searching. I see certain generations of RX7 also used the removable bell housing style box... but it will mean I can swap a Ford 2.4 TDDi duratorq in and run it on a manual bosch VE pump with VNT turbo. Always fancied a mechanical diesel to mess about with and the 2.4 TDDi Duratorque is a cheap motor where I am.
Anyone got a bell housing for sale by any chance?
