I just inherited a 1998 Ranger XLT from my Dad. RIP. It was a Farm Truck.
after about 8 bucks in quarters at the spray car wash, I got enough dirt and mud off to see it actually is PAINTED Tan! spent the day finishing off the detailing and vacuuming out the cloth interior.

It has the usual problems, bad power steering pump, the drive shaft damper has separated and the Blend door is bad. Damper is removed, pump is on order along with the missing front valance. Uncle Garry said Dad hit a really big coon this spring, he kept taping it back up till he finally jut ripped it the rest of the way off. Still working out the blend door issue.

So Hi all! looking forward to everybody helping me thru the fixin' up of the old truck...I've had a bit of experience under the hood, BTW, even if it is Japanese...Heres' my hooptie...
