Hello everyone,
I just bought a 1993 Ranger this past weekend for utility use and commuting for my wife in bad New England snow storms. It's in the shop today getting some minor things worked out (rear brakes, gas tank straps, radiator support, fuel gauge sending unit... this list is getting too long
). Hopefully, this will be it for a while. Its dark purple (don't know the official color name) and has 33" mudders on it. They look great, but I'm going to have to sell them for something more practical.
After the initial shop work, I have to figure out how to fix up the inside and get rid of the smoke smell. I don't want my PhD wife to get to work stinking of cigarettes. Any help with t his issue will be appreciated. The carpet and seats are quite dirty. Anyway, I'm looking forward to using this site to make the truck look nice without spending a boat load on cash.
Thanks. I look forward to typing with everyone.
