Hello.. Name is Spencer..
Just purchased a 1st gen Ranger.. Had a 87 when I was young and loved it.. So I bought another 14 years later..

I bought this 88 extended cab 4x4 basket case.. To breath new life into it..
And make it a daily driver.. It has some rust.. a 2.5 (I think) suspension lift..

Ill be asking a ton of questions.. And knew this was the place to do it..

Im not new to cars by any means.. Just fairly dumb when it comes to Rangers.. So any suggestions.. And/or advice is welcome..

Thanks for your time..

Your signature is misspelled....maybe. Is that supposed to be "performs" or some joke I didn't get?

Anyway, Howdy and welcome to TRS!

A 2.5in lift would be kinda unusual. That's usually too high for the stock axle pivot brackets and too low for the aftermarket brackets. Does it have STX HighRider suspension?

Also, PICS!!! :shout:
