Hello, I'm from Corning, NY. I have 2 1996 B3000's. One 4WD used to be daily driver and one 2WD from Louisiana for parts.
The 4WD Frame is shot since its a NY truck, the 2WD frame is in great shape. Not sure if I want to try and get one good vehicle out of the 2, or just sell them.
Problem is when I bought the 2WD it had no title because of a lien on it, now I don't know how to check if it still has a lien or how to get the title if there is no lien.
