hello everyone! I own a 1994 ford ranger xlt with 205,000 miles. engine is completely original. Purchased in 05', New trans in 07', New brakes in 08' new tires in 09'. oil pan leak in 09', lots of oil in 10'. in the early parts of 2011 i plan to do a rebuild/overhaul on the engine. its still going but im not sure for how much longer..... I'll be using this site to search for information, post and respond to threads, and hopefully when all is said and done post some photos of my progress. in the mean time, I'm working on a 2003 Freelander.......oh my! many many problems with this one. 73,000 miles and its in pretty rough shape.

cheers!

well, being a audio/music person. my tool selection is a bit limited.....however, because of the recent work on the land rover i have been buying as i need to. at this point in time i don't have a way to pull the engine, or put it on a stand. most importantly my garage space(rented) is quite small and i don't think ill have a place to put said engine if i pull it. just do things the hard way i suppose. one at a time and very slowly. :)
