Just wanted to say hello,

My name is Kyle,

I live in Thorsby, Alberta and going 4x4ing with a 12 pack is definately a favorite passtime here.

Recently bought a new ranger with hopes of doing some mods to it..
But seeing as I dont have much of a budjet I need to find some cheap ways to make this baby go through some good sized mud puddles.

And possibly some shallow creeks?

So if anyone could point me in the direction of some cheap ways to lift, mod and make a truck look pretty nasty but still be road worthy that would be great

Welcome to TRS!!! Any section is a good section to find info. If your looking to start with a lift the 4x4 section will be your best bet. or you can also look in the tech library to find cheap lifts.

Welcome to TRS fellow canuck! Yes, plenty of info for the asking...might find what you need just by reading various threads, but joining in and posting is part of the fun...

Welcome , u deffinetaly found the best site for rangers, explores, and broncos. My name is TJ. I have a 1993 2 door ford explore, its a beast!!!!

Thanks guys :icon_bounceblue:

Im sure your explorer is wicked somethin fierce!

Lookin at some of the pictures in the before and after makes me want to go out and start taking the truck apart right now! and its nearly 9 oclock!

Welcome !! I'm a new member myself, from Vancouver. Yeah this site is diffinetly where you wanna be for the best info on Rangers. I've found tonnes of usefull info on ear. Myself, I recently upgraded to a 6" BDS Suspension Lift Kit and 33" BFG Mud Terrains. I'm having no trouble playing on the trails now. If your on a budget, check out craigslist for some Mud Tires. I've found lots of good stuff for my truck on there. One thing I still need to do is add a good tow hook to the front of my truck. I bought a hook that I thought would fit, but turns out with my front fog light facia I need a tow hook that drops down below that. Don't want to be stuck in a big mud hole with no where to hook a tow strap onto !! :icon_thumby:

Welcome.

How is Canada, eh?
