Hi, all. I'm new here and kinda new to fords. I have a 1989 4X2 Ranger with a 4 banger. The A4LD trans has passed on and I'm debating my next step. I saw your site and thought it was a great idea. I can aquire a 1988 5 speed 4X4 that has been rolled and picked over. I'm wondering if there is a bellhousing that would bolt the 5 spd from the 88 with a V6 to my 89 4 banger. Any and all help is appreciated.

wecome to the addiction,i mean trs.you might post in the tranny section on the bellhousing question.i'm still trying to figure out what fits what by reading other posts.also check out the tech library,loaded with info.
