IM new to forum have an issue with my new ranger.. i bought it for cheap has normal wear and tear.. the last person has a toggle on the fuel pump and it runs constanyl when driving..i flip switch it turns on start truck.and it drives but you can hear the fuel pump the entire time any suggestions would be nice
