hey, i'm TheUndeadRanger, the name is an inside joke with my friends and i. i'd been looking for a ranger for quite some time, just didn't want to spend the prices people were asking for trucks that had definitely seen better years and would take more work than necessary and come out putting me in the hole. well a buddy of mine had a ranger for about 4 years, bought it used off the lot in 2004 with 40,000 miles on it. he drives A LOT. so in four years it still looked show room quality, 180,000 miles, and drove like new. gotta love those 4 cyli 5 speeds. well we took it out one weekend for its maiden offroad voyage. he loved it so much he took his old lady out. show-boated and rolled it. i bought it 2 years after the wreck ( a few months ago) and it hadn't run or seen a road for those two years. put a radiator in and a new belt and it started within ten seconds and drove home, no front clip, no lights, no header panel. nothing but open motor. i've been on here a few times getting advice and finally decided eh why not and signed up. my roommate and i have been taking a few progress pics of my undead ranger and i think its turned out amazing. i'm only into it for about 1500 and it looks... well like hell..... but its getting there in a hurry!
i'm always asking questions and looking for advice, but i've had a few more than helpful experiances with a few things and would love to share my limited knowledge! hah, well, thats a long intro.
i don't know if i've read anyone's post about anything closely related to living in Arizona, but i'm a white mountain dwelling mountain man from Arizona. yeah it snows here, and yeah its friggin COLD. yes, i said airzona and cold in the same paragraph.
i don't know what all else to say, i threw my story out there and it is what it is!
message me for anything, anytime. i'm sure i'll return the favor!
thanks everyone and i look forward to having some good company throughout my ranging experience!
