Wait, are you asking how to plug a downstream O2 sensor port?
They usually come with plugs in them. I can try to nab you a plug bolt if you need one.

i put headers on my 91 ranger 4wd and idk what to do about the hot air tube how can i plug it ?

You can plug it off but I wouldn't personally.
That's a hot topic of debate though as to weather or not the EGR serves a viable function.
I say yes and a very important one, but others say no not at all.
