Heater box - piece of cake

Made a new heater box for the 331 ranger tonight. nice having full heat in these temperatures

Here's how mine turned out.

I just marked it, and then cut it out with a razor blade chucked into my soldering gun. It made a nice narrow cut. Then I flipped the piece I cut out around and plastic welded it back in using a spoon type attachment on the soldering gun. I figured it worked like a charm. Once I do a little sanding I think I can make it look totally seamless. So far this is just done roughly.

that looks awesome. mine wouldve been a lot easier if the damn box wasnt so big to start with. mine was a/c equipped in a 94 so the box was huge
