Headliner Grab Bar 97 XL

I've been slowly upgrading creature comforts in my 97 XL commercial.Installing Explorer seats stopped the bouncies, now would like to put a grab bar I piknpulled from a XLT. I assume there are brackets somewhere under headliner. Short of measuring and guessing, I'm stumped. Anyone out there done this? - Thanx

Just pull the screws and pins from your passenger/driver side a pillar, pull back the headliner a bit and with a flashlight see where the holes are.

thanks mazda Easy peazy - No screws in '97, just a long snap off piece, and it screwed right in. On to the dome light switch
